Product Finder
You invest

Because You Invest has options (auto or self directed) for investing, we created a responsive Product Finder that helped people determine which product was most appropriate for them.

Chase’s website is built on a series of limited templates. As this feature required an entirely new pattern and layout, we created the Product Finder to be easily adaptable for other lines of business and their respective needs. The intuitive system has since been adopted by numerous branches and will be rolling out in the next year or so.

In answering a few questions, all decision trees lead to three possible outcomes — You Invest Portfolios, You Invest Trade, and a Financial Advisor. The result is appears at the top, but the user can scroll down to see their suggestion highlighted and easily compared to the remaining options in a side-by-side.

Upon selecting the answer, it automatically collapses to reveal the next question. Should the user want to change their answer, they can tap into the blue hyperlinked answer. The remaining answers would then reset to accommodate the change.

As it’s a new template that needed to fit within the current Chase breakpoints, we redlined all four breakpoints and provided a stylesheet.
