Right as Covid-19 hit, Instacart experienced a 600% increase in demand. They came to me to help bring on new Shoppers, and ease awareness and access to product. During my 10 months with them: I worked on the Shopper .com; helped them launch their Walmart partnership, introduced their rewards program; and after not touching it for 6 years, refreshed the homepage. My focuses were narrow projects with high impact. As expected with a company of this size, a lot of conversations were had between myself and several teams, namely the Brand team because I continually pushed what existed and stretched the limitations of the design library.
